A remarkable place in Japan, called Yuzurihara, was one of the main driving forces behind the discovery of Hyaluronic Acid being the main driver behind wrinkle free skin.
It was all down to diet. The people of Yuzurihara lived to advance years, but were still active as if they were in their 40’s or 50’s. Their joints and muscles were flexible and they had a drastically reduced rate of diabetes, cancer and heart diseases.

Similar foods include broccoli, , green beans, broccoli, asparagus, peppers, citrus fruits, berries, cherries, bananas, brown rice, pumpkin, beans, parsley and cilantro. The diet is low in meat.
