About the team at 415 Clinic

SARAH

For those of you that have been loyal clients for years you’ll already know how amazing our practitioners are, but for all our new clients let me introduce our practitioners starting with our advanced aesthetic nurse practitioner, owner and Co founder Sarah.

Sarah has been a registered nurse for 22 years and is a first class honours graduate, twice, with a specialist degree is public health too . She has studied to masters level and holds an independent nurse prescriber, qualified teacher and practitioner status.

Her nursing experience spans across disciplines mostly Intensive critical care, emergency care, specialist public health, military service in both conflict and peaceful operations and currently in forensic medicine.

She has served our late Queen and country as an Army Officer in Iraq in 2003 following her graduation from Sandhurst in 2002.

Her aesthetic career started in 2012 and she is now a well respected practitioner along with Pauline (you’ll meet her this week too) with a clinic that is renowned across the discipline. Sarah is committed to safety in practices in particular dermal filler striving for the best outcomes for clients using only premium products. Sarah is qualified to manage complications and is a member of the Global Aesthetic Complication Expert Group , Royal College of Nursing and Cosmetic Redress.

Sarah is client focused and works tirelessly to deliver a first class service. This is reflected in her Save Face accreditation with excellence status and over 120, 5 star reviews this year alone.

In her personal life she is engaged with two children and two step children. She loves doing crazy activities such as open water.

PAULINE

Meet Pauline Co founder of 415 Professional Aesthetics.

Pauline has been a Registered Nurse for 22 years where she has focused her career exclusively within Neurology. She has a pivotal senior nursing role in one of the North Easts teaching hospitals . Pauline has also been a tissue viability link nurse for over 15 years which considers all aspects of skin and soft tissue wounds. With all her experience and knowledge she is sought after to teach, mentor and share her expertise within her field.

Her career in aesthetics started in 2012 where her love for quality injectable treatments and safe outcomes grew.

Her passion for injectables developed and before long her dream of owning a clinic became true . In 2018 Pauline and Sarah opened 415 Professional Aesthetics which allowed Pauline to focus on her love for good skin and holistic health . Along with injectable treatments, skin has always been her passion and there isn’t much she doesn’t know about how to address any skin type.

You’ll see her passion the moment you walk into clinic as you’re surrounded by the evidence based products she has hand picked to deliver the best outcomes . Pauline stays up to date with regular training and is a member of the British Association Cosmetic Nurses and Aesthetic Complication Group.

She is married with three children and is now a grandmother too or should we say a Glam ma.

EMMA

Meet Emma. Emma has been a registered nurse for 10 years and she currently practices in one of the main hospitals in the North East within Cardiology where she has recently been seconded to a sister role on her ward.

Emma has worked in cardiology since qualifying and completing her nursing degree and like Pauline has had a keen interest in skin, wound care and prevention of pressure damage . She holds the additional role as the tissue viability link nurse for her department.

She started in aesthetics in 2017 and has ran her business ELP Aesthetics from 415 Professional Aesthetics for the last 3 years.

She is a nursing associate of Sarah and Pauline and you can enjoy the same client focused treatments and outcomes.

Treatments include: wrinkle reducing injections, lip augmentation, a wide range of chemical peels, medi-facials and dermaplaning.

She is a mother of one and enjoys travelling and keeping fit.

LINDSEY

Meet Lindsey Thornton she is fully trained and experienced in the latest techniques of Scalp Micro Pigmentation, Permanent Make Up, Medical Tattooing and Pigment/Tattoo Removal in Newcastle & North West Cumbria over the last 5 years settling here with us at 415 Professional Aesthetics.

She trained in London at Natural Enhancement for her PMU and Medical work then went on to train in Birmingham at LGs for Scalp work and Manchester for Botched Ink. She is fully certified in all areas as an Advanced Artist and as an approved technician.

Lindsey’s educational background includes Art and Design, BA (hons) in Leadership and Management, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Sunderland University.

She is a leader in creating a natural shaved head look with SMP.

Lindsey’s specialist clinics cover a range of Micropigmentation treatments such as Brows, Lip Blush and Eyeliner as well as Medical Tattooing. Medical Micro pigmentation covers Areola Reconstruction and Repair, 3D Nipple Reconstruction and ScarCamouflage. Her work has been recognised by Patient services within the Freeman Hospital as she raises money for Maggies too with her medical tattooing.

Lindsey’s work is heavily focused on making things look aesthetically better which includes a lot of correction work. She is an Advanced Botched Ink Permanent Make Up and Tattoo Removal Technician. This is the kindest non laser removal method. Saline tattoo removal is used to lighten, improve and remove Microblading, Permanent Make Up and SMP.

Similar to our nurses Lindsey only uses the state of the art tattoo devices and all pigments are EU regulated and industry approved.

She is a twin and a mother of one . She loves everything about gigs and music and definitely knows how to party.

BEV

Meet the delightful Bev she is the founder of @bskin and has joined us @415clinic to give you everything skin.

Another registered prescribing nurse practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience especially within GP practice.

Bev has extended her skills into aesthetics where her passion is keeping your skin looking and feeling amazing.

Trained and certified as a PCA specialist you’ll find her medi-facials and peels, dermaplaning, mesotherapy and micro needling second to none.

Bev enjoys spending time with her friends and family and is a great asset to our team.

CLARE

Meet Clare 415 Professional Aesthetics care co ordinator and front of house.

Clare’s career started as a legal secretary in 2000 where she worked in some of the highly regarded legal firms in Newcastle and Gateshead. Her favourite department was crime but her skills expand through conveyancing, family law and immigration.

Clare has ran and Co owned her own tea room locally in the past and is a devoted mother of two teenage children.

Clare has worked at 415 Professional Aesthetics since 2019 where we had just started to build our clinic dream. As Covid19 struck Clare stuck by us and upon return has worked tirelessly to maintain all covid protocols and to work flexibly to meet the demands of the services 415 provides to clients.

Clare is the smiling face you see when you come into clinic and the one who facilitates appointments, orders and supports each practitioner clinically too.

Clare makes sure our clients journey is one that is every bit client focused and has received training from aesthetic leaders in the industry.

Clare’s role is multifaceted and we couldn’t run clinic without her. Clare is pivotal In ensuring clinic days run smoothly and we were delighted when she also achieved the additional qualification of an Advanced Nutrition Programme advisor . Clare is able to educate, inform and provided with the best oral skincare to clients.

Clare loves to keep fit and enjoys socialising with family and friends.
